Is Fylora free?

Yes, Fylora is free to download. The free plan includes plant identification (with a limit), My Plants for up to 3 plants, care tasks and reminders, the light meter, achievements and a growth photo journal (with a limit). Fylora Premium lifts those limits and adds the 3-step health check, chat with Lina, the pest and repotting checks, the plant encyclopedia, mushroom identification, data export and an ad-free app. Prices vary by country and are shown in the app before you subscribe.

How does plant identification work, and how reliable is it?

Take a photo of a leaf, a flower or the whole plant, or choose one from your gallery. Fylora's AI compares it with known plants and shows likely matches with the common and scientific name and care basics. Results depend on the photo: sharp, well-lit pictures of distinctive parts work best. Treat a result as a strong hint, and confirm anything important with a trusted botanical source.

Can Fylora tell me what's wrong with my plant?

With Premium, the 3-step health check asks for a full view and two close-ups, then lists possible causes, how serious it looks, a first step and a treatment plan. These are suggestions to help you decide what to try, not a professional diagnosis. If a plant is valuable or keeps getting worse, ask a local plant expert.

Who is Lina?

Lina is Fylora's AI plant assistant, available with Premium. Ask about watering, light, repotting or a worrying symptom, add a photo if it helps, and turn her care tips into reminders. Lina is an AI, not a human expert, so double-check important decisions.

Do I need an account? Is my garden synced?

No account is needed. Your plants, reminders and notes are kept in the app on your phone. Fylora has no cloud backup and doesn't sync between devices. With Premium you can export your data to a file on your device.

What happens to the photos I take?

Your photos are used to give you the identification or health check you asked for, and to improve the quality, reliability and safety of Fylora. We work with service providers, including for AI features. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and the choices you have.

Which phones and languages does Fylora support?

Fylora is available for iPhone on the App Store and for Android on Google Play. The app speaks many languages, including English, Turkish, Arabic, Spanish, French, Japanese, German and Italian.

Can Fylora tell me if a plant or mushroom is safe to eat or safe for pets?

No. Fylora Premium can identify mushrooms, but neither the app nor Lina tells you whether a plant or mushroom is edible, toxic or safe for pets. Never eat a wild plant or mushroom based on an app, and ask a vet or a qualified expert about anything your pet may have chewed.
